Ube Tres Leches Cake

I've been serving this recipe for years, and people say it's the best tres leches they've ever had. It's super easy to make, and its purple color from the ube always makes it a crowd-pleaser. The trick to making the moistest cake is to poke holes in the cooked cake for the sweet milk to soak into every crumb.
