Former FBI director James Comey, who was fired by President Donald Trump in 2017, is under investigation for a now-deleted post on Instagram showing shells on a beach forming the numbers 8647. The numbers 86 can be slang for “remove” and 47 is a common reference to Trump, the 47th president. NBC’s Garrett Haake reports for TODAY.
