Not much can make smash burgers better, but homemade smash sauce and bacon jam takes them right over the edge. This recipe is on repeat at the Daly house, and we hope you incorporate it into your summer routine.
Technique tip: Parchment paper is helpful when pressing/flipping to prevent sticking.
